As advisors for the new investment era we were in the position to help investors self-direct their IRAs into non-traditional assets such as real estate.

The offerings and services have expanded to meet the needs of investors and entrepreneurs that need alternative capital requirements. Asset Exchange Strategies has been offering these products and services on a national basis and a constant request from clients is that we have a “local office”. This market demand has led to the formation of Asset Exchange Franchise Network, Inc. the franchising company for the Asset Exchange Strategies franchise network.

Because our marketing and processing systems have worked well for us and our clients we have taken the ability to communicate intangible concepts and created reproductive concept; the necessary and primary ingredient to create a successful franchise system.
